Mexico Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Study

The J.D. Power Mexico Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) StudySM is conducted among customers who have owned a new vehicle and focuses on the dealer service experience.

Owners of 12- to 36-month old vehicles are surveyed regarding their most recent dealership service experience for both in-warranty and customer-pay work.

The study explores customer satisfaction with their service dealer by examining five measures:

  • Service quality
  • Service initiation
  • Service advisor
  • Service facility
  • Vehicle pick-up

Satisfaction is calculated on a 1,000-point scale.
