J.D. Power's Online-to-Offline (O2O) offerings integrate insights from online browsing behavior of automotive shoppers with automotive sales data collected via J.D. Power’s Power Information Network (PIN) to provide an accurate assessment of what works and what doesn’t when it comes to digital marketing initiatives.
