Mexico Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Study

The J.D. Power Mexico Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) StudySM is conducted among customers who have owned a new vehicle and focuses on the dealer service experience.

Owners of 12- to 36-month old vehicles are surveyed regarding their most recent dealership service experience for both in-warranty and customer-pay work. The study examines satisfaction in five measures of service experience:

  • Service Initiation
  • Vehicle Pick-Up
  • Service Facility
  • Service Quality
  • Service Advisor
